The director's role is to make sure there are actors, schedule times and places, and looks after every cast member, making sure there are no problems, if there are any problems then they solve them as soon as possible.

The co-director job is to help the director with the job which they are doing, if the director is unable to come at anytime for a reason, the co-director will take charge and take place of the director until they return.

The producers roles are to edit the film, look at what should be in the film and what shouldn't be in the film. They also have to manage the financial and manageable aspects of the film.

The camera person films/operates the actors, they also decide on the location and settings.

The sound women, creates the voice-overs in this case and decides what digetic or non-digetic sounds should be in the film.

The continuity person is also the director because it is a similar role, where we see how it flows, what works and what does not work in the short film.

From this we know the responsibilities of each cast member, and who you should go to with a specific problem.
